ก่อตั้งขึ้นในปี พ.ศ. 2558 โดยทีมผู้บริหารที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญและประสบการณ์ยาวนานในอุตสาหกรรมโทรคมนาคม บริษัทฯ เริ่มดำเนินธุรกิจเป็นผู้ให้บริการโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ในรูปแบบโครงข่ายเสมือน หรือ Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) และเป็นหนึ่งในผู้นำตลาด MVNO ในประเทศไทย ภายใต้แบรนด์ "ซิมเพนกวิน" ตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2559

บริษัทฯ ได้รับใบอนุญาตประกอบกิจการโทรคมนาคมแบบที่ 1 จากสำนักงาน กสทช. และให้บริการบนคลื่นความถี่ 850, 2100 และ 2300 MHz ของ บมจ. กสท โทรคมนาคม และ บมจ. ทีโอที (ซึ่งปัจจุบันรวมกันเป็น บมจ. โทรคมนาคมแห่งชาติ หรือ NT) ซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในโครงข่ายที่ครอบคลุมมากที่สุดในประเทศไทย

 ในปี พ.ศ. 2565 เมื่ออุตสาหกรรม MVNO มีแนวโน้มชะลอตัว บริษัทฯ จึงได้ขยายธุรกิจไปสู่การให้บริการด้านเร่งรัดหนี้สิน และการบริหารจัดการสินทรัพย์ 
เพื่อตอบสนองต่อโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ ๆ และเสริมสร้างความมั่นคงให้กับองค์กร
